I thought that id add something with corn in it for another recipe for this week, i love corn what can i say! I thought when i woke-up this morning that id see just a little snow, so as of 8:48 am we having nothing yet on the ground. The local weather said last night that we should be getting an inch or two, with the same again for sat, but its so grey out right now that it looks like something is about to happen! Richard
If i get anything folks ill let everyone know, is anyone else out there getting anything right now over in your neck of the woods? Richard
Hi Richard, how are you???? Thanks for visiting and even for this interesting easy recipe..have a great day, hugs Flavia
That's a lot of question marks Flavia, lol. I'm doing fine thanks and I'm back on the blog to report we now have snow here in the Lancaster area as of around 11 am today. Its sticking and coming down not really heavy, but it is steady. As long as I'm shovel free from this ill be a happy camper! Richard

Hi Richard, that new picture you put up looks like my place…LOL. It sure is a cute picture of the kids and all…..Blessings~ Lissa
Snow update, yep still snowing here and now its sticking. That looks like your place i see Lissa, i always thought of you living in more of a city in California for some reason. So if your place really does look like this id say some paint was in order on those barns! Richard

Thanks Michelle and i greatly appreciate that very much, and welcome to Amish Stories. Richard
I really like the photo of the folks among the farm buildings. This is the first time I've seen your fire. interesting. Oh, and here is my reflection of one of my days among the Amish.http://waverlytotahoe.blogspot.com/2011/12/rainy-days-never-get-me-down.htmlnelllie
I checked-out your post Nellie and enjoyed your image's very much. I have not been to Ohio since 1995, and was a little disappointed that i didn't seem to find as many Amish as i thought i would see even though at the time it was the worlds largest plain community. So its pretty over there dont get me wrong, but i found the Lancaster area to be nicer and more hilly. Richard
Now that recipe sounds yummy..It will be a must try..Thank you for sharing :)Nancy
It sure does Nancy, and its nice to see you on today. Good night folks as the snow is still falling as i type this comment! Richard
