Juicy Meat Loaf

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pack firmly in loaf pan. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour. If a sauce is desired mix 2 T. each of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spread over meat loaf before baking. 2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 C. tomato juice
3/4 C. uncooked Quaker oats
1/4 C. chopped onion
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
